An Anniversary cake can be decorated with the message required and some simple piping work to achieve a sophisticated cake. Alternatively any interests or flowers can be included to personalise the cake.

As with all SOPHISTICAKES cakes, these can be created using a lemon, madeira or chocolate sponge or a rich fruit or lighter dundee mixture.
Most cakes can be made with soft fondant icing or in royal icing. Various sizes are available.
