A Sophisiticakes Christmas cake will bring pleasure to the eye and also to the taste buds! They are all finished with fun, completely edible, handcrafted decorations and presented in attractive boxes or packaging, making them lovely to have around or ideal as presents for the food lover.

Our christmas cakes are made to a traditional rich fruit cake recipe. All cakes are made with free range eggs and the fruit is hand picked over to remove as many pips and stones as possible. Brandy is 'fed' to the cakes whilst they mature.

The christmas cakes are decorated with soft or royal icing. Many cakes are finished with an edible sparkling dust to really give it that extra christmas feel.

Larger cakes and other designs also available.

Early orders are advisable to avoid disappointment.
