We pride ourselves on the taste of our cakes, in which we always use free range eggs and the finest ingredients. Cakes are made as close to the celebration date as possible to ensure a fresh, moist and tasty cake. Our buttercreams are made with butter and finished with the fresh zest and juice of fruits, or with melted Belgian chocolate to make a rich, creamy centre.

Most cakes can be made in a flavour of your choosing.
Our most popular flavours are:
- Lemon drizzle cake, finished with a fresh lemon buttercream filling.
- Madeira sponge, or victoria sandwich, with a butter cream and strawberry jam filling.
- Chocolate cake, a moist chocolate cake filled with a Belgian chocolate butter cream centre.
- Rich moist fruit cake, made in advance to a traditional recipe with brandy drizzled through during the maturing process.
- Moist carrot cake made with sunflower oil, with raisins and finished with a fresh orange buttercream filling.
Other flavours include marble sponge, red velvet cake, passion fruit cake, chocolate orange sponge & coffee sponge. We are happy to develop other flavours as required.
